Personal traffic is the most important factor which must be controlled. Whitenair Pass boxes are an effective solution as they allow material to be transferred in to the controlled Area without actual personal movement

Whitenair  Static pass boxes are an easy to clean hermetically sealed enclosure to prevent cross contamination by ensuring that only one door at a time can open. The moment  a door is opened, the other door catch to lock out the opposing door. The highly reliable inter locking design is rated for thousands of trouble free operations.

They are available in SS 316 grade, SS 304, EPCGI and combination of EPCGI and SS, to suit Wall Mounting and Floor mounting

 Dimensional Chart Floor Mounted Static Pass Box:

B)    Dynamic Pass Box.

 These unique type pass boxes are designed for an Ultra clean Environment of ISO class 3or ISO class 5 , along with  the features of Static Pass box to prevent both cross contamination & Contamination . All the components of these chambers have been engineered to optimize cleanliness and simplify disinfection. The closed loop circulation design directs contaminated air downward through side hollow walls and back to the filter which removes 99.99% of particles less than 0.3 micron sizes.

C)   Air Shower Pass Box

Whitenair Air shower offers an effective way to remove surface deposited particles on carts/ containers as you transfer them in to the clean Room. Adjustable  nozzles provide concentrated streams of high velocity HEPA filtered air that lifts off contaminants which are purged through vents along  the bottom of the camber. Nozzles are arranged  uniformaly on wall to ensure effective distribution of filtered air.The closed loop circulation design directs contaminated air downward through grills and hollow walls of the air shower and back to the HEPA filter, which removes 99.99 % of all particles of 0.3 microns and above.Inter locking doors prevent un necessary contamination in flow thus prevent cross contamination of the clean room.
